🔹 GENERAL TUITION QUESTIONS
1. How much is tuition at BLE Schools?
Tuition varies by program and school. BLE Schools offers multiple enrollment options across four virtual private schools:

2. When is tuition due?
Tuition is due on the date in which you established your payment plan on the www.EnrollBLE.org site or the due date that you agree to with your in-house financing. Payers are provided with a 3 day grace period, after which late fees will apply. Accounts not paid by the 10th date past due will be automatically suspended from classes and access.
3. Do you offer payment plans?

4. Do you offer scholarships?
Yes. At Wollingsford Academy, BLE offers:

Merit-based and need-based internal scholarships

Guidance on external scholarship opportunities (e.g., ACE, state-based programs)
Scholarship recipients are expected to remain in good academic and behavioral standing.
5. What if I can’t make a payment?
Families experiencing hardship should contact the Tuition Management Team immediately. We may offer:

Temporary payment extensions

Adjusted due dates

Re-evaluation for additional scholarship consideration
Unpaid balances with no communication after 30 days may be sent to collections and potentially face litigation and court fees.
6. What is in-house financing and how does it work?
BLE offers an internal tuition financing program that allows families to pay tuition in smaller installments over time.​

Approval is based on application, current standing, and available funding

A financing contract must be signed

7. What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept:

Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)

ACH bank transfers

Digital wallet payments (e.g., Apple Pay, PayPal where integrated)

Sponsorship or third-party payments (e.g., employer education funds)
-
State-based programs (if applicable)
Cash or checks are not accepted unless specifically authorized.
8. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are on a case-by-case basis and require approval from the HQ Administration Head. The following applies:

Application and enrollment fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for months the student was enrolled.
Refunds are processed within 30 business days.
9. What happens if I withdraw?
If a family decides to withdraw:

A Withdrawal Form must be submitted in writing to our BLE Schools Support team (Support@BLEAcademy.org)

Tuition is still owed for the current school year

Outstanding balances must be settled before records are released
-
Transcripts are only sent to the school in which the student will be transferring to. Parents will be added to the email correspondence.
No refunds are given for partially attended months unless otherwise approved by the HQ Administration Head.
10. What if my payment is returned or declined?
Returned payments may result in:

A $25 returned payment fee
-
Temporary suspension of portal access
-
Requirement to pay missing payments and fees using Zelle and reestablish automatic debit withdrawals in order to have access restored.
🔹 LATE PAYMENTS, FEES & SUSPENSION POLICY
11. What late fees should I expect?

Late fee of $15 is added if not paid by the 3rd day after your due date

Suspension from academic access on the 10th day after your due date
-
Reinstatement fee of $25 to restore services.

Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be referred to collections and legal action
12. Can I be suspended for non-payment?
Yes. Students with unpaid balances:

Will lose access to classes, materials, and support services
-
Will not receive grades, report cards, or records
-
Must pay past due tuition (including late fees) before reinstatement
13. Will my student be dropped or expelled for non-payment?
BLE Schools does not immediately remove students from enrollment, but failure to resolve outstanding balances within 30 days may result in:

Official dismissal from the school

Legal collections proceedings
-
Denial of re-enrollment for future years
🔹 SCHOLARSHIPS & DISCOUNTS
14. What types of scholarships are available?

15. How do I apply for scholarships?

16. Are there discounts available?

Referral Credit: $50 upfront + $75 if referred family stays enrolled 5 months
🔹 IN-HOUSE FINANCING POLICIES
17. How do I apply for in-house financing?

Approval decision is typically made within 3 business days

You must sign the BLE Financing Agreement
18. Are there interest charges?
In most cases, a low interest rate is charged. A flat administrative fee may apply based on the tuition amount financed.

19. What happens if I default on my financing plan?
Default may result in:

Suspension from all school access

Referral to a third-party collections agency

Legal pursuit of the balance owed

Denial of re-enrollment or transcript release

20. Is my tuition tax-deductible?
While tuition for private K–12 education is generally not tax-deductible, you may qualify for:
