In-House Financing
What is In-House Financing?
At BLE Schools, we understand that paying for private education upfront can be a challenge for many families. To make high-quality virtual schooling more accessible, we proudly offer in-house financing—a flexible payment solution that allows families to pay their child’s annual tuition over time.

This financing option is a low-interest consumer loan offered through Rothmere Holdings LLC. The entire process—from application to repayment—is managed in-house by our Tuition Management team with your family’s needs in mind.

Is In-House Financing a Consumer Loan?
Yes. BLE’s in-house financing is legally classified as a closed-end consumer installment loan. Once approved, families enter into a binding financial agreement with Rothmere Holdings LLC to repay their child’s annual tuition on a monthly basis according to agreed-upon terms.

This is not a credit-based loan. Your approval is determined by:

Current enrollment or acceptance into a BLE school

Completion of the financing application
-
Good standing with BLE (no unresolved balances from prior years)

Availability of internal funding at the time of application

Credit history, employment status, and capability of repayment
Eligibility Criteria & Terms
To qualify for in-house financing, families must:

Be the legal guardian of a student enrolled or accepted for the current school year

Complete the BLE Financing Application online

Sign the BLE In-House Financing Agreement
-
Agree to monthly payment terms for the duration of the loan
-
Pay any required administrative or processing fees
Key Terms:

Financing applies to annual tuition only
-
One-time fees (application, enrollment, add-ons) must be paid separately unless bundled by written approval

A fixed monthly payment is calculated by dividing the total tuition by the selected loan term along with any additional fees and interest.

Custom loan terms may be arranged for late enrollees or special cases
Legal & Financial Obligations
By enrolling in the BLE In-House Financing Program, families agree to:

Make on-time monthly payments in full

Remain in good standing to maintain access to academic services

Understand that failure to pay may result in:
-
Suspension of student access to live classes, platforms, and support
-
Denial of transcript or records release
-
Disqualification from future financing or scholarships
-
Referral to third-party collections and possible legal action if past due 30+ days

Responsibility for all court costs, attorney fees, and collections charges associated with default

Policy & Fees
-
APR / Interest: 0%–3.5% depending on amount and loan term
-
Administrative Fee: $50 one-time setup fee (added to loan)

Late Fee: $15 if payment is not received within 3 days of due date

Returned Payment Fee: $25 for any returned or bounced payment
-
Reinstatement Fee: $25 if access is suspended and reinstated after payment

Loan Term: Standard 10-month plan (August–May); custom terms available upon request. Loan terms will be prorated in order to ensure that the loan is paid in full no later than May 30th of the school year in which it is being applied to.

Total Tuition Financed: Based on annual tuition per student, excluding one-time fees unless otherwise approved
Note: Additional legal or administrative fees may be assessed for delinquent accounts or collections processing.
Application & Approval Timeline

Review by Tuition Management Team (1–3 business days)

Approval or Denial Notice sent by email

Sign Financing Agreement electronically

First Payment Due on your selected due date (as set during application or approval)
Application Status & Account Access
Currently, application status updates are sent by email within 1–3 business days.
When portal integration is enabled in the future, families will be able to:

Log in securely to check their financing status

View or download their loan agreement
-
Access monthly payment schedules
-
Upload additional documentation (if required)
