Supporting My Sisters Where I Can
Tiffanie Brown, CEO of BLE Enterprises
"I truly believe that when women support each other, we're able to become better versions of ourselves. Too often, competition and insecurity hold us back from building the powerful networks and relationships that could propel us forward. But it doesn’t have to be that way. I want to create a space where we empower each other, share knowledge, and uplift one another in both business and life. There is enough success to go around, and when we stop seeing each other as competition and start embracing collaboration, we unlock limitless potential. Let’s break the cycle of doubt and hesitation and step into a future where we thrive—together."
Sisters Strategic Success Workshop
Too many sisters that are entrepreneurs are playing checkers when they need to be playing chess! When I started BLE in 2017, I did not plan for it to grow to what it is today, a team of 53 staff members, 10 countries, 4 schools, and a brick n mortar location. I had in my mind to move slow and play checkers. That's possible only in a perfect world. You have to play chess when you're in business. Not because of the money, but because your effort, your peace of mind, your relationship with Jehovah, your relationships, are all being tested on a daily basis and you have to survive!
You can't run your business like a consumer or a employee. You also can't run your business with the expectation that you're supposed to do everything perfectly and never make mistakes. Running a business isn’t just about having a great product or service—it’s about understanding business management, financial strategy, and making smart moves that set you up for sustainable success. Many women struggle with:
✔️ Managing business finances and making strategic investments
✔️ Building confidence and overcoming self-doubt
✔️ Networking and aligning with the right people to grow
✔️ Making sacrifices to achieve long-term success
✔️ Balancing personal and business life without burnout
THIS workshop is solely for my spiritual sisters that are aspiring and current women entrepreneurs that want to learn how to navigate through these waters, grow their business, maintain their peace, and safeguard their spiritual growth and mindset. This workshop will give you the tools, strategies, and mindset shifts needed to break through these barriers and start moving with purpose and power. This FREE live virtual workshop is designed to help you level up your business, mindset, and financial strategy so you can build a business that lasts.

This will be a workshop that touches on various aspects of your business life.
Playing Chess, Not Checkers – Moving Strategically in Business
Understanding the difference between strategic moves and reactive moves is crucial for long-term business success. To build a thriving business, you must think long-term, recognizing that success requires patience, careful planning, and adaptability. Understanding business management is more important than simply knowing your product or service.
Learn to make data-driven decisions rather than emotional or rushed ones.

Business & Financial Management – The Backbone of Success
Many business owners struggle financially, not because their business lacks potential, but because they fail to properly manage their money. A key issue is a lack of understanding of cash flow, profit margins, and budgeting for business growth—knowing how money moves in and out of a business is essential for sustainability. To truly get ahead, entrepreneurs must recognize the importance of making sacrifices, whether that means cutting back on personal expenses or reinvesting profits wisely. Learn how to make logical, data-driven financial choices rather than emotional ones
Confidence, Self-Awareness, and Owning Your Power
Confidence plays a direct role in business success, influencing decision-making, leadership, and the ability to take risks. Many sisters who lack confidence often struggle with self-awareness, failing to recognize their strengths, weaknesses, and limiting beliefs that hold them back. Many women entrepreneurs fall into the habit of waiting for external validation, seeking approval before making bold moves, rather than believing in their own abilities. Those who cultivate confidence, trust their skills, and take action despite fear are the ones who break barriers and achieve lasting success. Learning to push past this doubt is essential for growth and success.

Strategic Networking & Building the Right Relationships
Your network determines your net worth, yet too often, women entrepreneurs stay in circles that keep them comfortable rather than challenge them to grow. Many women hesitate to step outside of their comfort zones, missing out on valuable connections and opportunities. Learn how to expand your network, building meaningful connections, and aligning with those who uplift and inspire you, you position yourself for greater opportunities and long-term success.
The Importance of Self-Care for Women Entrepreneurs
Burnout is one of the biggest threats to a business before it even has the chance to succeed. Many women push themselves to the limit, believing that non-stop work is the key to success, only to find themselves mentally, emotionally, and physically drained. When you neglect self-care, decision-making suffers, creativity declines, and productivity decreases, ultimately impacting the business itself. Prioritizing mental, emotional, and physical health is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. Learn how to maintain that healthy balance and what self sabotaging pitfalls to avoid.
